Welcome to a moment of Prophetic insight as we reflect on various tongues from Apostle Tash's #Tonguetalk series.

Today we are focusing on the "slandering tongue".

We discovered that the Hebrew word for slander is "blasphemia" and the Greek word is "diabolos".

Have you ever spoken out about someone out of anger, pain, or hurt, intending to diminish their reputation?

Understand at this moment you will be tested. In the spirit realm, there are spiritual laws. What we say will give the enemy the legal right to work in opposition against us and or the person.

luke 6:27-28tpt

“But I say to you who hear, love your enemies and do” something wonderful for them in return for their hatred. When someone curses you, bless that person in return. When others mistreat and harass you, accept it as your mission to pray for them.”

How then do we pass this test?

  1. You must have an ear to hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying. By walking in full submission to him.

  2. This takes maturity. Begin to pray for the individual with sincerity and earnestness. This will unload the heart of all the feelings that may be very valid, but trading them in for the fruit of the Spirit. By not holding them hostage with your anger or resentment.

  3. When someone curses you bless them from a pure heart, what happens in the Spirit realm is the legal right of the curses that was spoken, and the wicked intent and injury that was the weapon attached gets reversed and loses its authority.

Let us declare that we will not participate in any form of slanderous talk, behavior, or retaliation, in Jesus' name! Follow the strategy given in the scripture.

Just because you have the burden of proof on someone

Does not give you the authority to slander anyone !

Even if we think they deserve it!
